The Unlikely Groom animated short was built to act as a companion piece for a wedding website which would later be used to host a webcast of the actual wedding. The scenes depicted within represented various outlandish scenarios such as "when pigs fly" and "when hell freezes over" each of which seeming equally as implausible as the groom getting married. The animation includes portions of musical tracks from REM, Queens of the Stone Age and Radiohead. Per the groom's request the animation also features guest appearances of South Park characters Jesus Christ and Satan, as well as a photo of Auguste Rodin's "The Gates of Hell".
